Pathways to Discipleship
I’ve Been Meaning to Ask...This phrase suggests curiosity and implies “I’ve been thinking about you and wanting to check in...” We will be asking 4 questions that encourage connection, invite us to share our pain, and seek ways to care for one another. Guided by scripture and videos, the classes will help strengthen our capacity for empathy and compassion and show us the simple power of asking unassuming questions.

How do you emotionally process your pain? (time alone, therapy, exercise, time with friends)
-
Describe a time when you felt fully seen, known and accepted for who you are.
-
Share about a time you witnessed someone else’s grief or pan. How did that experience impact you?
